A written AI use policy that names every AI vendor and shows exactly where each tool is used in the workflow.
Ensure data protection and transparency adherence from their AI vendors, such as GDPR and CCPA.
No fully automated decisions for screening, maintenance, and leasing actions. AI should flag data for a human to review, never act alone.
Bank statements, IDs, and non-public property information must never be pasted into public AI tools like ChatGPT.
